We offer technical support through our official website, email, and phone line. Response time may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the day of the week. We only respond Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT-4.
5. Suspension or Cancellation
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in case of breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or fraudulent use of the same. In case of sending advertising, the account will be permanently deleted, with prior notice by any means: voice or email.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform, its source code, design, functionalities, and trademark belong to Maga Insurance & Multi Services Company LLC.
